As I have learned, shipped does not mean shipped, it means ready to ship. I have learned my GT said shipped Oct 1 but did not board the train until Nov 1. It now has a rail car assigned to it in the VVR and should be travelling north to KC. I was told it was to cross into Texas by Nov 5th.

So more than enough to be grumpy about.

As I have learned, shipped does not mean shipped, it means ready to ship. I have learned my GT said shipped Oct 1 but did not board the train until Nov 1. It now has a rail car assigned to it in the VVR and should be travelling north to KC. I was told it was to cross into Texas by Nov 5th.

So more than enough to be grumpy about.

Checking in after 12 days and seeing the deliveries and sad stories. Good to see some people get ejected from the group. I now see my car, shipped on 9/21, was moved to the Argentine ramp in KC on Nov. 1. Ford tracker now says 11/23 for delivery. So much for having a car waiting for me when I get back on Thursday ?

That being said, hard to be grumpy after 9 days in the Galapagos islands.

I just ordered(Oct 1) and am grumpy already. I agree with your appraisal of the Galapagos Islands. I went there twice several years ago for diving and land tours. Amazing place. I think Ford is building Mach-E's at Lonesome George's pace!

Where did you get the info about crossing into Texas by the 5th?

I wonder if we're on the same train?

Mine said shipped on 10/29. But nothing has changed since I was hoping to see that it would show up in KC by today. Another person in the 10/11 build gang thread said his car arrived in KC on either Friday or Sat... so I was hoping that maybe I would be a couple days behind him. BUT probably not. It might be that I'm a week behind him?

Might be safe to assume that I missed the earlier train and I'm on the next one. Maybe they run 1 a week? who knows I don't.. where's my whiskey?

My dealer can't be bothered to pull the VVR info. He's just quoting the same info I can see.

Oh the ups and downs. So my MachE is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Ordered 3-4-2021. I signed up for United Road Carrier Delivery Receipts. I got an email today of a delivery to my dealer. Saw a Mach E delivered! Yes, it has happened. HOWEVER, the VIN didn't look quit right. I know because it is in use every day checking tracking. Sure enough...not my car. So I put the VIN in palsapp just to see its delivery date compared to mine. UGGGH. It was delivered to Kansas City 1 month prior to my delivery. So though my ETA says tomorrow, I most likely have another month wait.

It took mine 13 days from Ford saying it was "shipped" until palsapp showed it delivered to the Argentine ramp in the US of A.

Maybe my car is on the same train as yours. I don't know how many they run, but I'd be surprised if we were on different trains. Two weeks from 1 Nov would possibly put my car in North Carolina by the estimated 22 Nov date, but we're going to be bumping into Thansgiving if it's late.
