Blue Blob now a Blue Circle

The range limits on the navigation maps seems to have gone ‘full circle’. No more crazy shapes. First images captured in the last couple of days. The circle is from this morning. Is this a software update?

Mine does the blob still. My guess is it just hadn't calculated the actual routes yet or it glitched out. So it defaults to the circle.

If going by the circle's estimation, I'd like to se the efficiency when driving out in one of the Great Lakes like that. I bet it doesn't make it as far as it claims

Is it possible it just shows the circle when you're actually using navigation? I notice your 2nd screen with the circle has a nav route planned, while the first with the blob does not.

After about 20 minutes, the blob came back. Have no fear, the blob lives on!

I also love that my blob looks like a pig’s head in profile.

The blob is pretty useless anyways. If you're doing all city driving then suddenly change to highway driving at 80mph that blob is going to get smaller REALLY fast. Just estimate it the old fashioned way.

Eh I disagree. It's going off the GOM which is pretty much useless. Do your own calculations. Don't run out.
