Ford Connected Charging Station not reporting kWh

That's a separate app... the Ford Charge Station Setup app is at 1.2.4 ... that's not the same as the software in the charge station itself ... the latest of which should be 1.2.2.

The charge station normally checks for software updates once per week ... but if you power it off (shut off the breaker) and back on ... it does check for updates short after boot up once it has a WiFi connection.
Do we know the Latest software and firmware versions for the FCCS?

Since Ford updated the Ford Charge Station Setup App has anyone else had problems accessing their Ford Connected Charge Station in the Ford Pass App? Mine is no longer connected as of about a week ago. I try to re-add it to the app, but it won't. Get caught in a set up loop. I have tried many things including resetting the charger, removing both Apps, etc.

I am having the same problem. It will not connect to my Ford Pass.

I am having the same problem. It will not connect to my Ford Pass.
Same issue here.

I was able to connect via Bluetooth on the setup app and see the About page as well as the Wi-Fi settings... (Super rare success for me!) Versions are the same as before, and Wi-Fi is connected fine.

FordPass now isn’t showing ANY logs in the Connected Charge Station tile of the FordPass app. I don’t mean they’re showing empty/zero logs. I mean the logs section is gone. No longer there!

Yep, that is what I am seeing. I have been on the phone with Ford both yesterday and this morning. As usual when it comes to support of the FCCS, I can't get to anyone who knows anything about it. Just keep getting passed back and forth between departments. So frustrating. We just need them to know that there is a problem and I would like to know they are working on it.

I just spent another hour on the phone with Ford Pass App support. They tell me they are escalating my issue up to the engineering team and I should hear from them in 5 business days. We will see.....
