Car is 10 months old now.
Keyless entry has stopped working on the diver’s door whether using the key fob or PaaK. All other doors work!

I now have to pop open the back door to unlock the car before opening the front door.
Has anyone else experienced this? Sounds like a software glitch to me.

Also, many of us have been able to reset the door modules by disconnecting the 12v battery for 30 seconds. Seems to reset the lock mechanism. In my feeble mind, it’s like powering down the computer and doing a clean reboot. I’ve done it to both of my cars and neither have given me any more problems. Some day I’ll get SSM applied. But it hasn’t been a problem since I disconnected the battery for a moment.

Yup that worked thanks. Bit of a faff to access the 12V battery but nothing YouTube couldn’t help with!

Glad it got things reset for you. I tell everyone to try it, but only a few people have gotten back to me on it. I always wonder if the rest of the folks I told are out cursing my name somewhere because it didn’t work for them.

I think it’s more likely they decided it was too much effort to access the battery.

Could be. I’ve got my whole frunk out right now for about the 10th time trying to get this glow pony thing to work reliably. So to me, accessing the negative terminal on the 12V (only requires removing the one cover) seem pretty darn easy.

A bit late to the party. As another user suggested, disconnection the 12V battery for 30 seconds fixed it!

Unfortunately, disconnecting the 12V battery was only a temporary fix, the fault resurfaced a couple of weeks later. Dealer applied SSM 49676 as mentioned elsewhere, seems to have fixed it.

Good to know. Thank You for the follow up. My issue, not my wife’s, ever resurfaced. She for the SSM. I did not.
