Summarizing all the responses to my request the theory is: 7 digit number is a code of some sort of a batch. The denominator - is a total number of orders in the batch. And numerator is your order number in that batch.
At this point we have four batches

003316 - 540 orders
003372 - 630 orders
003396 - 303 orders
003428 - 331 orders

I just noticed that the denominator matches exactly the 7 digit number, but the numerator is always different.

Their goal 200k per year - it is about 1000 per day.

That's the goal, but I don't think they've come close to that yet. Can they ramp up that much, that fast, right out of a holiday shutdown and with the first batch of a new model year?

They produced 5400 in Dec. It is around 250-300 per day.
So it is realistic for them to do some of those "batches" this week

I have no idea. That's all I've got.
But I'm sure they will start extorting me. I believe that is what their game. I suspect there is a conspiracy between dealers that they promise great service but in the end they kick the customer to each other to be released from those promises.

This hybrid online/dealer model is definitely failing.....
