I have had walk away lock notifications working since I got my car in December. Both on 3.35.2 and now on 4.10.0 on Android (Samsung S20FE both 11 and 12).

Walk away lock notifications work for me also. Galaxy Note 8, Android 9.

Maybe some features are Samsung Galaxy specific??? Weird.

My FordPass devices during Mach-E ownership were/are Google Pixel 3a and Google Pixel 6.

This was never a working feature on Android.

It does work, but requires the dealer update to PaaK.

As a software developer myself, after looking at all these "huge" changes made for "major" Fordpass release all I can say is - I am really sorry for Ford - this is just shameful - changing to a major version in software used to mean something in old days. With Ford - not anymore - once again I have to use this word - "pathetic"

The only explanation for another disappointing Fordpass version that I can come up with - developers just need to show that they work really really hard - hence, the major version change. Nothing else. Really getting on my nerves, but, not surprised - getting used to it by now...

Funny, with all other software apps it's kind of normal that features are getting added with every new version - with Fordpass, it's opposite, every new version gets features removed - now they removed Walk Away Lock notifications. Keep up great work Ford software department!

Please consider 4.10 a mid cycle refresh, where we move around contents like Service Tab and Account page. So 4.10 is new but not all new.
Paak experience shouldn't have much update in 4.10. Mobile device doesn't control the walk away notification experience. It is up to the vehicle to measure the bluetooth signal strength and decide what to do.

Does anyone else's FordPass app not show their charge level and estimated distance to empty? Mine use to show it like in this picture, but it has been missing for a couple months now. All I see is a picture of the car and then the remote buttons. All of the remote functions still work. I don't see anything in the settings that turn the charge display on/off.

Playing Devil's Advocate here, I don't work for Ford, not even on TV. From my understanding, FordPass isn't Mach-e Pass. Maybe the big changes to bump the major version number is for things that don't actually apply to us. Might be laying the groundwork for the Lightning or other things like that.

Sure, it's great fun making snarky comments on forums like this (one of my favorite pastimes), but there may be things we don't see that are the reasons for the version update.

Mine has never showed the vehicle photo, ever! Big ol boring top of the page. I even know what’s causing it, but no one seems to want to fix it.

Well the walk away notifications were working before 4.10 just fine for me, maybe something to look into?
