Has any one looked at the FISKER OCEAN home run

The warranty and servicing will be done by a third party. They will pick vehicle up provide loaner and service car then bring it back. We on the oceanforums.com site are thinking Bridgestone/Firestone will be the service provider for the fisker vehicles as they already have them secured on the tires contract.

Magna is manufacturing these, so as long as they can get the parts/materials, I don't see why it wouldn't see mass production.

I agree, I think this makes it significantly more likely that the Ocean will see the light of day compared to a lot of other auto startups.

And more than just manufacturing, Magna is also providing the platform. I think this eases Fisker's path substantially.

They are doing the same thing Ford did with the Lighting, they advertise the cheapest possible one but, when you actually look at it, you realize any of the features you'll really use/want are part of a $20,000+ upgrade.

From what has been reported or tweeted the Testing Mules have already started Production at Magna on the Fisker Ocean. So Soon their will be more info coming but I say by summer their will be reviews or more info.

Keep in mind that Henrik Fisker has screwed American taxpayers before, in 2013, for $139 million dollars.

The Energy Department earmarked $529 million to Fisker and ultimately dispersed $192 million. Of that, DOE said, it recovered $53 million.

That's always been my concern aside from the "can they actually build it?" one. I think they're going to have 4 showrooms in the US but I have yet to see mentions of service centers.

I'm excited to see what the Macan EV will bring. I love the ICE Macan. I only fear that, being Porsche, it will be out of my price range when nicely equipped. My car was the top of what I wanted to spend on a car. I'm excited to see what the EV landscape looks like in 5-6 years when I'm ready to move on from my MME
