Mine is sitting waiting on chip hold. Built week of 1/31/22. Sorry to sound like a dummy, but how do I locate my batch code that everyone is listing? The link to "Track your Vehicle" is dead as well and have no idea how to locate modules.

Its on you window sticker, upper right corner

Thank you so much for this. I was using my original order number I got from Ford when I ordered way back in July. Updated my signature for others in the same batch.

I am also in 4025 with a CA Rt1 and no update to ship date. In comparing to a 2021, I seem to be missing 7 modules (but have 2 extra, which I guess have to do with the heated steering wheel and seats).

Can you check how many modules you have and if your are missing 7E4-01-01 to 7E4-01-07? (you can copy the table from https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/Details and paste into Excel, rather than count by hand).

It should have BlueCruise. I have no modules that begin with 7E4. They skip from 7E0 to 7E6.

I can confirm I also don't have any 7E4 modules and they skip from 7E0 to 7E6. I have 947 total.

Thanks to all for the help on the batch number. Mine is 4049 698/962. Hopefully it will start moving like the others with this batch. It is the Premium ER AWD so hope it's not still waiting for additional chips. Found a good thread that gives links for searches (everyone probably already has these). Hang in there. Same batch here. Got the ‘built’ email this week and the ‘shipped’ today. Hope you’re right behind me. I did’t have blue cruise.

What does the batch number tell you? I've got a GTPE in chip purgatory right now that is in batch #3741, which would suggest an earlier batch than yours. Frustrating...

Dealer told me my order is stuck because of windshield recall. Not sure if he just got it mixed it up with the chip hold, or whether there really is another recall happening on top of the chip shortage?‍
