When I bought in Richmond VA and drove to FL I had to stay overnight and wanted to charge at a hotel. I read some advice on best ways to do this. Basically, check PlugShare to make sure chargers work, see where the spots are located on the property (if they are right by the entrance they could be iced). I am also a single petite female so I wanted to be in a good, safe area. I didnāt get to the hotel until 11:30 and all 3 spots were open. Plugged in and everything was great. No issues. Iām sure thereās areas where spots could be full or this will become more of an issue as more people get EVs.
