Well, there are some of us in EA who *have* received the email, but have not received any updates after 2.4.1. I got the email back in February, but have not gotten the updates and others have chimed in that they are in the same position. Not sure what that means for potential waves.
I got the email too in Feb (feb 25) but no updates after 2.4.1 (Feb 20) until March 19th...I am assuming the updates are rolling through small number of batches?

Now I'm curious if there's anyone in EA that has NOT started receiving the 2.4.X series? Ie are there more EA waves to come, or will the rest of us filthy commoners finally be queued for updates since this will complete the rest of the EA cohort?
I'm in the EA Bluecruise group and I've got nothing yet, it looks like they are doing a subset of us every week or so. Hopefully we're in the next one!

This happened to me as well. Once you charge again the location will appear (in the car and on FP) and you can reset the charge settings. Looks like all the location memory was wiped out with the OTA.
I was hoping this was the case (mine got wiped out) but I've charged at home twice now and it's not showing my home as a previous or saved location in the car or the app. Because of this it keeps trying to charge to 100% every time I plug it in. I got a 'dumb' charger relying on the car to control charging times so I'm hoping someone has found a way to trick it into saving a new location? Or I just wait for an update to resolve it...

Nope, not yet.
I don’t know for a fact, but I’m pretty sure that anyone who has gone past 2.4.1 received the “final steps to BlueCruise” email. I can also State equivocally that receipt if that email doesn’t mean that anything will “immediately” happen.

So they got the memo I see, no issues with accidentally getting the updates early despite the erroneous email?

I’m in EA for Blue Cruise. Still at 2.4.1 and have not received any emails about getting Blue Cruise. Still
Waiting.

I have not received any communication about BC, and I’m on 2.4.3 as of today…

I think you have to charge at home, then move the vehicle away some distance and then come back and plug in... At least for me that's what transpired before I could pick my home location again.

Still stuck here. It tried to install 2.4.2 and then went general failure. No sign of the retry after a couple of days. Sure wish I could force it somehow.
