Yay automated form letters! I just got what was supposedly an email between a manager and the sales manager I worked with when I bought my Mach-e claiming that they absolutely had to have my car as they needed trades. Even included a sticky note supposedly from the sales manager suggesting that I "really want to consider this". Love it. Not that I have plans to ever visit that dealer again...

No, poorly executed direct mail is an embarrassment. A good marketer knows how to properly utilize a database and keep it accurate.

Speaking of embarrassment, today I got another email from Ford to make room for my new Lightning. This after the March 10th email, followed by a March 11th apology for screwing up. So I guess today's apology will come tomorrow too?
