Can you talk to the BDM, no. But your dealer can and should.I'm in the same boat here. My GT is scheduled to be delivered in early May, But my dealer has no clue about Ford Options. The Finance Manager is old-school and doesn't understand how it works. Can I find out who his Ford Credit dealer representative (BDM) is and connect them? Or is there a better approach? I've heard many of their customers have been frustrated at not being able to arrange Ford Options financing through them.
If you or @hybrid2bev have any advice, I'd appreciate it very much!
Typically I recommend having the dealer attempt their own research (the training materials are readily available). It's a bit early to engage the Ford Credit rep at this point. In the month between now and May the dealer will just forget what was done/said. Normally I recommend engaging closer to the actual delivery, like the week before or after the car actually arrives.
