If and I am pretty sure its true, my car is on a boat to Jacksonville. How do I track it once it arrives, will it go into Palsapp or straight to CSX.. Is Palsapp only for rail out of KC or will it pick up the transfer from the port to CSX?????

Mine went rail from Mexico to KC. Then rail Norfolk southern to Jacksonville. Then trucked to St Pete. 34 days

Will they have a rail car number before it docks? Ship scheduled to arrive in Jacksonville Port on 4/14 then I assume transfered to CSX for the ride to Miami , then United Road from the local rail station to the dealer. I can see what is at the rail station in Miami waiting for dealer pickup for my dealer....My VIN is still inactive on United Road, not sure when they load their system.

I am guessing they would have the number. My car is sitting at the Birmingham MO railyard awaiting rail trip to somewhere in FL (tampa I think) and has been there for a few days. They are holding by the delivery date of 4/14-21 and I am good with that. I think the hold up if the delivery trucks to the dealerships. I have heard of that issue lately. You can imagine the storage area getting full where they dump them off the train.

They will tell you all they can. Be polite. You can imagine the crap they get from those of us that are less than polite.

We’re you able to track after Jax? Was the trucker united road?

Mine sat in Jacksonville for about 10 days waiting for a truck. Unable to track after Jacksonville. Palsapp still showed in KC after I pick up the car.

I'm in a similar boat, so today I tried calling the customer service line 1-800-468-6527 at Kansas City Southern (KCS) and I spoke to a very helpful woman who gave me the status of the rail car that my car is on. In my case I learned that my car arrived into Laredo TX and will head out to Shreveport LA tomorrow (though based on info I could find online about that route I think the actual departure will be Monday). It will then be put on a train to Kansas City MO International Freight Gateway and is scheduled to arrive on 3/11.

I didn't get a shipped email, since I reserved a car that was already in process. And I don't know when the car was actually shipped and I'm no longer tracking it because in the end I purchased a different car that arrived unexpectedly at a dealership nearer to me! Sorry I can't be of any help! Best of luck with your car.

And as I slowly become the last person with a car that was supposed to be built in January and still has no actual sign of leaving MX. Ford has once again (4th time) pushed my expected delivery date out another week (4/21-4/26). And yet there is nothing to show its even on a train yet.

I think I'm slowly being turned from a mustang into a mule, every week another broken promise.

I feel your angst! Ordered early-summer '21, Ford changed model year late 9/2021 but wouldn't let us update the color choice. Then build date went from 12/20/21 to 1/3/22, then 1/10/22 then silence. Dealer contacted us early March that MME, 300A, Red and Black Premium, RWD and ERB was built and would be shipped 3/30/22, then 5/28/22, then back to end of March and finally (not really, right?) first week of May! Funny thing is the exact vehicle, except interior protection mats, was ordered after ours and has already been delivered. So, some Ford MME buyers are more equal to dealers than other Ford MME buyers! When you see Ice Blue or Orange MME Premium, Select, or Cali Rt 1 it's proof that the vehicle was ordered after the end of Sept '21 because those colors weren't available on those models in model year 2021.

It's a bright Red, two and a half ton vehicle sitting at the railhead in Veracruz, Mexico? It's been built and ready to ship since March 2, 2022! Watch, Ford will start blaming the Texas Governor next for delaying traffic crossing the TX/MX border!

I see you’re in Tampa. Did you try this link to see if it came by boat this week to Jacksonville.. several people in Florida and Georgia were on this ship.. good luck! Type your VIN in.
