I think I figured it out. Instead of the CSX tracking number, call the Norfolk Southern number @ (800)635-5768 and see what location they give you instead. I received my railcar number for the MME today and it says it's in KC as of April 11th.

Last question, when I called NS they mentioned "Flat Car Alvin TX April 12th 2:57 AM". Does this mean the car is heading to Alvin TX as of April 12th 2:57 AM, or does this mean that the car is actually in Alvin, TX as of yesterday? The tracking wasn't very clear. I'm assuming it's in Alvin, TX as of yesterday and is waiting on a truck to bring it to my dealer in Rosenberg, TX.

Just got this in an email below:

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will require additional time before your 2022 Mustang Mach-E Premium is delivered to Mullinax Ford. Your vehicle’s previous estimated delivery range of April 9, 2022, and April 15, 2022, has been updated to between May 13, 2022, and May 19, 2022....

I got the same email. My new window went from 4/7 -4/13 to 5/13 to 5/20.
It showed up at the dealer today. Don’t lose hope

Just accessed United Road tracking. My MME is one of 6 vehicles awaiting pickup in Miami Ford holding lot to be delivered to my dealer. History shows they get cars on M-W-Th. So if not tomorrow then most likely Monday. Fingers crossed!

Am in Ft. Lauderdale. The car was held up in JAX for 4 weeks then sent to the Miami holding yard.

UR - you will need your VIN to get a load number. Once you have that, you can use the register key to gain tracking access. It may take more than one attempt to get an account

Nope just got this message from the dealer

“The only notes I see is that your vehicle is on rail but on hold. That's all the additional information I have. This could mean that your vehicle was produced but waiting on a final part they've done that on other vehicle lines. The car was in shipping status last week and at the Norfolk Southern ramp. I wonder if they damaged it.

Search your load number and you can see all the vehicles in your batch. When they have 6 or more going to the same dealer, they are ready to roll.

Also, click the "delivered" tab and you can see what days the dealer gets deliveries. Mine is M-W-Th.

Eventually it will convert to "In Transit" and you are a day away!

Ford Options FINALLY appeared as an option. Could never find it through the website for my zip. Offer for FL on GT is 1.4% and $500 incentive thru end of month.
