Believe it or not there are generally other people that beta test for me now before I update. I've held off...I have like 8 updates available for my car right now.
I hope my dealer doesn't apply those BC-related updates that are not for the Job 2 cars today, but I'm not sure I should let them know and micromanage them about this. I'm guessing they will not apply updates that are unrelated to the issue at hand -- and will probably just load up the BECM. Gotta check Blue Cruise immediately when I pick it up to make sure they didn't break it.

tonight trying to start my car and got the message stop the car safely now....
HV battery was at 52%
Car was driven that same day for 100miles.
Before that happen car was driven 3h before.
Car was charged previous night and is charged ALL nights.
For those 3h car was locked.
Temperature was 51F

This is a late 2021...

And I just picked it from dealer 4 days ago where I was trying to get the 70mph vibration that comes from underneath the car.. and dealer said they could not duplicate.

Also, this is the GT Performance, and had 3 times suspension fail message on dash... and they couldn't find anything... etc...
Is there any update on this? My 2021 Premium AWD Extended Range is doing exactly the same thing and is also at 52% charge. “Stop Safely Now” and cannot start the vehicle. I can disengage the e-brake, but I cannot get the car out of Park.

I have an appointment with my dealership, but now it has to be towed and unless I can get it out of Park, I’m not sure how to do that.

Can you put it in emergency tow mode?

You should try and make sure your 12v battery is charged up, you'll need that to get and stay in tow mode.

Please report your issue to NHTSA here while you're waiting for your tow. It will help. https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index
thank you!

Oddly, after two hours of trying things and not being able to turn the vehicle on, it worked when I went out to try to put the car into emergency tow mode. Go figure. Tow truck is en route, too.

thanks again.

As in you can now put the car in gear and drive it?

Did you bring it to your dealer? Do you have a way to pull codes from the car to see what was going on?

I had it towed to the dealer. The tow truck service that Ford Roadside Assistance sent to me damaged my car loading it onto the trailer. Tore up the front splitter whilst trying to drive it onto the flatbread trailer. Needless to say, I’m not happy. I don’t have the means to pull codes.

Oh my god, what is it with tow drivers? This wasn’t even one they had to hook up to the winch, he drove it into the truck or something? Make sure you document everything.
