I also have not received it and I live in Canada. I asked my Canadian Ford dealer and they said the Ford dealers are not doing Blue Cruise updates for job 1 cars. It’s only a US thing. So looks like we may wait for several more months.
I live in Canada and have an appointment next week with the dealership to do the BC update for me

It appears form the posts here that those with BC have Sync 421. Does anyone know what OTA PowerUp version 415 would be equivalent to? I remember a thread showing some of the relationships, but could not find it.

Also, I see in 415 for Sync the lane alerts seem to on on all the time, or is that still tied to the lane centering switch on the steering wheel? I will try it later today but was wondering if they changed that at all.
I do not have 421. I’m only on Sync 364. I believe 421 came out the day after my car was updated and Blue Cruise installed.

This is pure speculation, but I seem to recall that the first wave of successful BC activations concluded when Sync was updated to v364. It was only this last new set of updates that arrived on FDRS last week (I think) which appeared to change the version of the BC-enabled Sync to 421. I don't know if it matters that you aren't up to 421 if your BC works on the original 364...

So after driving again today, I discovered the lane centering is not working with the update I got (Sync 415). And after engaging cruise control if I toggle the lane centering switch on the steering wheel, I get a Blue Cruise Not Available message on the driver display. With the switch on I am getting lane alert + aid, but it is not actually centering. If I push the cruise control button itself, there is no warning about Blue Cruise.

Not an expert, but I suspect you didn't get the map update. 22P08.

Yeah, it's working great.

I have an appointment in a couple of weeks for a windshield washer fluid sensor. I'm going to have them do any remaining updates or at least the HVAC that is outstanding.

My car is now on day 14 at the dealer. But I just received a message in FordPass telling me that BlueCruise is now active in my vehicle. (Although I still have a notification an hour earlier that there is a power train malfunction. I hope that is an artifact of the updates. ). Maybe the dealer and Ford engineers are done with my vehicle.

No, the IPC is the instrument cluster. The IPMA is the camera in the windshield.
Oh, that's right. I forgot which module failed to load the BC software on my car. I think the paperwork said IPC but I do have the newer style alert messages. Maybe a partial install then....

I haven't heard back from my dealer on my case. I haven't bothered calling them for updates either. I think everyone has just given up and moved on.

The car throws all sorts of codes when doing anything in FDRS, it’s normal.

Yes. The dealer verified that the vehicle wasn’t showing any malfunctions before I came to pick it up. Eventually FordPass cleared the error.
Sync is now version 421.
