What's was your outcome of this?

Nothing but headache since the IPC software was different than my Sync or whatever so the IPC screen wouldn't show the proper graphics, ever. It took about 3 or 4 visits over 3 months of Ford collecting data before their engineers finally figured out it was a software issue. And in the end... the buzzing was still there! It was slightly quieter, but still there on all the brightness levels. Ford engineering was a little shocked when I told them it was still there as they were "confident it has been resolved in production" so all new IPCs should NOT have it... I just told them I was over it and didn't want to keep pushing for a solution. If they wanted me to be a guinea pig to help get a solution, I'd be happy to, but they went dark on that note and just focused on fixing my IPC graphics issue.

I just bumped into this thread again. I was among the first screen replacements last fall. As I reported then, the replacement was quieter but still buzzed. Honestly, a few months later the screen seems to have gotten a bit louder. I definitely notice it again.

Yeah I feel like mine has gotten much louder over the past year as well. It went from being annoying to super annoying. I can even hear it over the radio now. Hopefully there is a fix one day soon.

I sold my Mach-E long ago but still check this thread to see any updates and it looks just as bad still.

I was getting a real bad headache with this IPC, it's a very cheap part.

For anyone who wants a car without the noise, I have a BMW i4 on order scheduled for delivery in June. I test drove it and there was zero noise coming from the screens.

My 2021 MME is at the dealer today for software update again after the windshield and panoramic recall service. The dealer said the IPC was going to be fixed with software update and was not fixed. The sound is so annoying and impacts driving experience. In addition the software update button Is not staying in the on position. I am not able to receive any over the air updates.

I agree - the ipc buzz noise really sucks - loud, distracting, causes headaches. Getting louder over time.

The fix is to sell the car while you can still get more than what you paid for it like me.

I could have sworn a later bulletin was released stating a fix was slated end of last year sometime.

No, only what the dealer said.
They had a specific update available if there were complaints on the noise.

I wonder if 2022s have this problem. My 11/2021 build GT PE still has the buzz and it seems like it has gotten louder too.
