I believe SSM 49831 is new on this forum. Thank you for sharing. The wording of your quote is much better than SSM 49810 (the original topic of this thread). I wonder if any one with access to SSMs and TSBs can search for the word “buzzing” and see if there’s any followup to this.IPC Buzzing noise was due to be fixed months ago ! See Oasis message attached. Still nothing and so annoying. My Ford dealer in London can’t do anything ?

I transcribed the quoted picture to make it easier to read for every one.
SSM 49831 - Mustang Mach-E. Buzz noise from the Instrument Panel Cluster IPC.
Some Mustang Mach-E venicles may exhibit a buzzing noise from the IPC that changes with the brightness setting. This may be due to an electromechanical issue within the IPC display component. Engineering is currentiy working on a solution expected by October 2021. Please let the customers know they can continue using the vehicle, with no other implications related to this concern. Keep monitoring Oasis messages for this issue updated information.
