Hello,

I was would greatly appreciate it if someone could please check and see what software updates are available for: 3FMTK3R72MMA39700

I received 2.6.0 last week after being on 2.3.0 for awhile. I have not gotten anything since 2.6.0.

Thank you

Back on January 10th. which was the last time any programming was done, they never started on the list..they just did the ABS modules and then looked up in PTS and FDRS to see what they needed to do for 21P22, but never actually did it. Since then somebody has looked up your car on multiple occasions in PTS but not done anything. You should probably get all those other updates done as well since Ford is paying for it.

Hello. I have a 2021 Mach-e and will be taking it in to have the charge port and wiring harness for it replaced. Can you see if I should push for any updates? The lock pin is having problems so my car disabled fast charge. They are warranty fixing the charge port.

So they did do some of the 21P22 updates back in March, but just didn't do the door modules or the RFA which are on the 21P22 list. It looks like you're car could benefit from the updates for BlueCruise (CCM, CMR, IPMA, PSCM). If they start doing some of those they will probably have new Gateway (GWM) and APIM (Sync) updates pop up. I see no APIM update currently in the list but based on the version showing in FDRS you're not yet at Sync 421 are you?

So I had quite a few before my appointment to get the BlueCruise and 21P22 and I elected to reschedule because I didn't want to risk being without the car for more than day.

Then at the beginning of the week of my rescheduled appointment, the OTA's started coming in just about daily so I cancelled *that* appointment. As of yesterday, I am up-to-date with PowerUps at 2.8.3!

Could somebody do another check on 3FMTK3SU0MMA27089 - I'm curious to see what if anything is still outstanding.

My biggest software gripe seems to have been fixed somewhere along the OTA-line. I can now open my front passenger door without having to open another door first. Woohoo!

You've got quite a few!

Hey folks.

Please could somebody check mine? I got my 2021 ER RWD on Monday after ordering in August. It should have been here by 31st March, but seems like there were delays delivering.

I've been trying to get the option for PAAK to show up since I got it, but after checking the "About Sync" info and seeing it lists the version and revision as "--" am starting to wonder if something is wrong.

Also, this is the response that the Ford website gets when trying to pull its firmware info:
JSON:

    "sync": {
        "vehicleSyncEquipped": true,
        "error": "Vehicle identified as SYNC GEN4",

I'm stunned that the dealership let you leave without doing all these updates during the PDI.

I would start with the GWM, and then do everything in the attached CSP 21P22, and then the HVAC, and after that start on the cruise control related ones (CCM, CMR, IPMA) and then see if another GWM (gateway) or TCU pops up as a result of getting all that done.

But you're right if you don't have a Sync version showing and your "updates" button is greyed out and can't be selected then you may have to have them do the TSB 22-2150 to get your APIM "unstuck".

As you see from the attachment, several of these are covered in the CSP 21P22 which dealer techs are getting paid to do by Ford.

Thank you!

Looks like letting the BlueCruise OTA's come in naturally significantly reduced the number of updates needed!

So I still need 7 out of the additional 12 from 21P22 while SOBDM, ABS, BECM, SOBDMC/SOBDMB (and PCM) got updated via the OTAs.

Then I have two that are not listed in 21P22: the HVAC and GSM modules.

I really appreciate it!

They (HVAC, GSM) take literally a few minutes to do. It would take longer to setup the laptop than it would take for those to get done.

Edit: I think this new recall applies to you as well: 22S29, another free dealer update for some of those modules listed, unless the OTA got there first.

Can FDRS identify the factory 5-digit door code?
Yes, but only if it's hooked up to the car. Which is good, because we wouldn't want somebody with a laptop to be able to walk around a parking lot and open people's cars.

I believe it can...but there's an easier way. On a LH drive car go to the passenger side footwell and pull down and back on the plastic panel. It's hinged at the top. Underneath is a fuse panel and the BCM (body controller) with a sticker on it that has the door code. Takes like 3 minutes. You will likely seen a code that is 7 digits long. here in the US we only use the last 5 of those digits as our door code. I've outlined it in red below.

I had to go looking for mine because my dealer's "PDI boy" took the card and filed it with the car's paperwork in the sales office. So I had to find the code to setup my own door codes.
