Ford pass on Home Screen shows 100% charge and miles yet on charge screen it shows actual percentage which is only 79%. Weird. Up until my last couple of OTA I never had a problem with Fordpass , not it’s funky a good deal of the time
That‘s a bug in FordPass 4.18.0. Try updating to 4.18.1.

You could possibly have the broken 2.8.2 GWM module update. It messes up FordPass charging data among other things.
Yes, I got 2.8.2 two weeks ago, another update last week (22-PUO…) and 2.8.3 this afternoon.

oh that’s great news to know. I wonder how long it would take to actually fry it. I was on a road trip to seattle and mine got the wrench. I did not want to chance the 350 more mile to seattle and then 752 back home. I Assumed it wouldn’t allow DC fast charging but it does
@JoeDimwit had been driving his car after getting the SVS message for weeks now, DC fast charging and everything. Well maybe not weeks, but he has put a lot of miles on it and I have not heard if he has gotten it fixed yet.

Lesson: don't worry about it! Be like Joe!

I have Apple and just updated and it is better.

ome other thing I now have is Apple map and integrated EV chargers. Started after 2.8.3 update

Update here. Dealer confirmed its the HVBJB, but they think it'll take a month to get the part LOL. I'm not knocking the dealership. I have no reason to think they are not competent. Should I give Ford Corporate a call to nudge things along, or just let it shake out?

I think you ought to, and specifically ask for the BEV team. All reports here are that the new HVBJB is in stock and ready to ship, and once that's on hand the repair is (relatively) straightforward. You may already have the number but if not, as @DevSecOps posted:

"Either way, anyone, with any issue related to Stop Safely Now or other inability to operate the vehicle should call Ford Customer Service and ask for the BEV team. It's essential that they get to the BEV team and open a case so that the proper support can be given in regards to towing and service.

For reference again that number is:

Yeah I think @generaltso clarified that with 14.8.0 being buggy. It appears that it's just iOS that has the bug however because there's no revision 14.8.1 on Android and I don't have the same issue.

Yeah, only an iOS thing but 4.18.1 is still buggy and doesn't update the percent. Now if I go to "vehicle" tab, where it has the correct percent, it'll trigger an update on the front page immediately, when it didn't before.

Has there been any word on a FordPass rework? I know it has to support all their cars, but, this is getting a bit crazy where it feels like no meaningful steps forward have been made with it. They've publicly said the Sync refresh was coming, but FordPass is just going to keep being dog potpourri?

Same here. Still sucks, but it's better than having to force close the app to get the home screen to update.
