Update:

Ford HQ gave me a case number and assigned a specialist to take care of everything. They made an appointment on my behalf at Folsom Lake Ford (I said I would go anywhere except back to Roseville.) I dropped it off this morning and a few hours later it was all fixed and done.

While it was there, I also asked them to investigate a new rattle from the passenger door speaker that has been driving me nuts. I expected the worse... turns out some hair clips my wife put in the door worked their way inside the panel... ?

No charges and they gladly shuttled me to and from home while it was being fixed. Thanks Ford!

I took my car in yesterday to get the software upgrades, recalls and tire rotation etc. When I went to collect the car today they said that there was a problem with the rear wiper spray leaking exactly in the spot of the OP. They said it would cost $410 labor to open up the panels to take a look and that they suspect it was a rodent that has eaten away at the tube in that area. If it wasn't they would cover it, but it it was I would have to pay the $410 plus whatever it cost to fix it!
I've never used the rear wiper so don't know when the issue first started, but I have the pano roof fixed pretty soon after the recall came out.
Is it easy enough for me to get in myself and take a look for rodents??

They are BSing you. There is probably close to a zero percent chance a rodent crawled up in there. Modern cars are sealed up pretty well. FAR more likely they broke the line when they were doing the windshield repair, which involved a lot of work in that direct area. I do not think it's that easy to remove the A pillar covers. Contact them back and say it wasn't an issue before the repair and now it is and you know the work was in that area and they need to fix it. No rodent BS.

That's what I think. So what's my approach? Pay the $ and ask them for proof of rodent teeth marks?

Never really used the rear washer…not where I was hoping the fluid would land!

Push for Back,

Pull for Front

Seems silly to me.
Push in the direction of the windscreen and the back window gets wet.
Pull in the direction of the back window and the windscreen gets wet...
Today I learnt, and today I'll use it for the first time.

Is it bad that I've owned this car for almost 6 months and just learned that it has a rear washer? I thought it was just a wiper ?
Me too! Now I need to spend the next hour looking it up in the owners manual...
