2023 Order Bank open date?

Everything I find when I Google says that the 2023 order bank for the Mach-E was supposed to open today (8/15/22). However, Ford's website still shows that you can't Build & Price yet. Does anyone know when the order bank is supposed to open up? Thanks.

I've been hearing 8/25, but I don't think anything has been officially announced.

Nothing official has been announced yet, but 8/25 is the date I keep seeing most often.

Talked to two dealerships today. One says 8/25, one says 9/15. I think 8/25 might just be fleet.

Lots of confusion, Ford should do better than this. I got 8/25 as the new date from 2 dealers, but how can we be sure, where is the website confirmation?

Honestly, with everything going on now in auto-land, I don't know how anyone can officially take orders (and accurately provide delivery timeframe). And with the strangeness now with the Tax update, seems everyone is scrambling to figure out what to do.

Thank you everyone for the replies! Hopefully Ford will confirm the date soon. And then, like John said, there's no way to confirm even after they take your order when you might actually get your Mach-E delivered. But I guess the first step is just getting it ordered. Then we'll see what Ford does after that .

Ouch, I was about to start the same thread. Was up late last night signing up for this site and waiting to get approval before posting. So disappointed as I was ready to put my order in. I will follow closely to see what news comes out.

Ford did open order banks today for a number of other models, not MME though obviously.

I chatted with their website this morning and asked if it would open today for the Mach e, and if so what time. I was told by the chat rep (possibly not a human??) that it would be today, but they could not give me a time. I let them know that I was hearing from dealers and forums that it was now going to be later this month or in September. They reiterated that it would be open today. I know not to hold my breath!!

When I picked up my new pony the sales consultant said sales would resume in Q4. Lightening orders late Q4. FWIW

9/15 is the new date for Maverick
I don’t think they have a clue about MachE yet
More and more failures after the fix.
So many 2022 ‘s that will be 2023’s.
I have two they probably will flop over and I know three people who also have orders in
It might be even worse for the lightning standard range. They might see orders unheard of in recent memory, no way to handle them.
