Clearly I need to find an excuse to get my dealer to update my car ?
Can anyone suggest a surefire way to get my car to throw a bunch of diagnostic codes? Short of driving to California and taking @DevSecOps mustang Mach e killer road? ?
Have you had 21P22 done?

Have you had 21P22 done?
How many times can you have it done? Does it fall off if all modules get updated? If you've only got OTA updates like I did, people should still have a couple from 21P22 to do and they can get the new BCM

I would think that it gets flagged as done when the dealer does it, but I don’t really know.

I just had my car in earlier this week to have the wireless charger and HVAC modules updated. Have you had the loss of heat in the winter or intermittent iPhone charging issues?

I wish these updates had been out a day earlier, I would have bribed my service department to do them too.

Mine is blue on my GT as well. Must be something from 2022 models?
I prefer the blue honestly. I just wish it had the Premium front end instead of the Select.

@Mike G can you try a Lightning key fob? That would be AMAZING if we can buy one and program it to control the frunk.
Some dude over in another thread is claiming MY22 fobs have a frunk release button?

Yeah, well, if your car does get the Frunk Fault after they install the updates, hopefully a call to Ford will tell them to install the GFM. Or maybe they will anyway because it's easier than cherry picking.
Apparently the message has gone out to the techs that they need to update the GFM to clear the Frunk System Error message...so it's right there in PTS and hard to miss.

Yeah, I'm sure that's why it was pulled. But it doesn't look like the GFM is installed automatically with the BCM, so some people may still end up getting the error if their dealer installs the BCM as part of a different campaign that doesn't include the GFM.
Yeah...and why weren't the BCM and GFM "coordinated" updates anyway? They should have been. Like all the cruise-control modules get updated as a group, and the PCM and power-related modules get updated as a group (or 'coordinated' as Ford puts it).
