Ford has also discriminated the North East corridor. Shipping here has always been limited. I'd go through buying it if it was price protected. I'm not relying on the tax credit to be there. So many other people were scheduled around me that ordered the same thing. I have still received nothing on the Ford website or in email. waiting for 6 months to be shafted. Maybe it's for the better since I've seen many issues with others posting problems with their vehicles. with the tax credit it would have been like $45k.

I'm confused what Blue Cruise is then. I thought the 2022 had adaptive cruise control as a standard feature. At least that's what the dealer said (whom I losing faith in more and more). So the whole Blue Cruise comes equipped on it but after 90 days you have to pay? What's the monthly fee? Are we talking 20 bucks a month? 50?

For once, your dealer is right. Per the order guide:

On Select only – 360-Degree Camera with Split View and Front Washer and BlueCruise features are included with a 90-day free trial period. The customer has the option to purchase continued
activation (18B). Please refer to Select Equipment Group page, option (18B), for further information.

I just talked to someone from Morgan Hill FORD and he said they wont be taking order until 8.29.22.

Anyone know what's the range difference between a standard and extend range on a Premium?

I just talked to Sawgrass Ford and Pompano Ford (Florida) and both of them said that they're expecting orders to open at the end of September.

This is exactly why I think dealerships will now have a hard time marking up these cars. Nobody will pay a mark up on top of outrageous pricing.

maybe... maybe not... "outrageous" prices are just beginning. PPI (producer price index) is up 18%+ year on year. Not all of that has made its way to consumer prices yet, and the forward look is likely another 10+ on top of that.

EVs are still in way higher demand than ICE cars. ADP could be here a while longer.

If the Select now includes Comfort/Technology package features as standard, almost everyone will be ordering that trim.

It doesn't...the select doesnt have heated seats/steering wheel, power liftgate... Bluecruise is the only item now standard on the select with a subscription needed to use it.

I feel like this forum is becoming my therapy group on deciding to order one or not. I've never gone through a car buying experience like this before. What a rollercoaster!

Time will tell. But I’d like to meet the people willing to pay $75,000 for a Premium Mach-E. At that price bracket, I think a lot of people will just jump ship and order a Rivian.

Glad I got my GT this year. I went without BlueCruise as I rarely use manual cruise control control and would probably never use BlueCruise. That is no longer an option and is a good chunk of the increase. No real changes it seems so now the wait for the 24MY. Really looking forward to see what Lincoln does.
