So I received a text from my salesperson today that my order for a MY23 MME GTPE was entered into the order banks. I'm so excited and can't wait for the MY23's to go into production!
Before anyone lays into me I know long how this can take. I ordered a Maverick in June of '21 and didn't get it until January of '22.

So anyway, who else put an order into today? If you did post up some pics or just share what you ordered!

I wonder if they are turning the orders on by state? I'm in Tennessee, I signed onto my Ford.com page and 2022 is the only model year available to view/order for any of their models.
I ordered the GTPE in February. I recently received a VIN and build date of September 15th.
I have started liking my Route 1..and I'm only in $43k total after the 7K credit.
I'm going to let the new come in..drive it..and see if I feel the gap haha. I love the GTPE seats..and want to see what ride improvement the Magnaride suspension gives. A lot of posts have been about the bouncy ride. I have moments when it rides solid and smooth..other times it gets extra bouncy over uneven road stretches..like exits where tractor trailers have grooved the pavement from having to stop.
My current range is in the low to mid 300's . It sounds like the GTPE loses about 100 miles of range..not a positive for road trips..otherwise a non-factor.
Love your color option..can wait to see it posted!

I placed my order last Friday. Premium AWD SR in Carbonized Grey, all in after tax about $64,750. Put down a $3,000 deposit.

As an aside I am in Downers Grove so a couple hours up the road from yourself. Good luck with your order hopefully all goes well and the wait isn't too long.

Are you suggesting that it is different for the Mach-E?

When you order a Mach-E online you can see the whole process and get emails for events, like when it is scheduled, etc. You can also complete the purchase online rather than having to go to the dealer. You can sign online and pick up the car so you can bypass the finance guy crap. I highly recommend it instead of ordering offline and relying on the dealer to keep you informed.

I'm in nj too and dealer said order banks open tomorrow. ?‍. I placed a $500 reservation deposit months ago but should I just order it through the Ford site tomorrow with the tracking?

Why would you do that? you will lose your price protection and place in line

Looks just like my '21- the best color and configuration as far as I'm concerned. Congrats!! One word of caution- don't know what kind of relationship you have with your sales rep/dealership, but if you haven't already, I would suggest you get a completed Sales Agreement signed by both you AND THE DEALER that specifies final pricing now, at point of your order. I did when I ordered in April, '21, so that when my car finally arrived in November, there was no question at time of delivery about price, and no attempts by the dealer of including ridiculous add-ons or ADM. A lot can change at the dealership between now and when your car arrives.
