Power-Up 3.5.3 installed but no video streaming apps nor YouTube

My 21 GT got 3.5.3 update yesterday after getting 3.5.2 the day before. I am not in EA.

Received 3.5.3 today. Alexa fully functional with a 3 year trial period. According to Ford Pass certain 2021 vehicles get the 3 year trial.

Mine said that but it showed up the next day, no additional update installed. Maybe reboot your sync to fully finish the install.

3.5.3.3 installed on my 2021 job 1 (ea) Thursday. I am also fogging up but because of the sudden cooler weather didn't think anything of it until seeing @Jimrpa 's message. Car also went to the general profile but it allowed me to select my profile with no issue. Haven't had a chance to try to stream over wifi yet.

Interesting. It’s not active for me yet. Did you get the Alexa icon at the top of the screen? Or did you have to activate it in settings?

When I go in to connected services it says Alexa built-in activation is pending. No option to do anything. I don’t need to have Ford Streaming active do I?

I don't have Ford streaming activated and Alexa is active. Are you able to select "manage" to set up your pin? Did you get the QR code?

It came for me, I made sure I am on wifi. I just uploaded a video about it.

I'm noticing a bug sometimes after this update installed. Sometimes when we get in it goes to the guest profile, and hitting the memory recall on the door does nothing, nor does going into the app drawer and manually selecting a profile. It's just stuck on guest and there's nothing we can do. Turning the car off and then back on doesn't help it, but if it sits off for a few hours and we come back then it all works correctly.


Anyone else seeing this?

Yes I had had the same experience on the first day of the install of 3.5.3.3 and after a few hours of ignoring my inputs, the seat memory button press seemed to have worked and the profiles switched back to my profile instead of guest. So far working fine for the past two days after the first day of sitting in guest profile.

I don’t have a manage button for Alexa. It’s just what you see in the screenshot I posted. I didn’t get a QR code. Where did you get that? I don’t think mine is ready yet. I don’t have the Alexa menu on the touchscreen yet either.
