I wonder how the electrician can leave the wood dust like that. Thanks for the tip.
As mentioned previously - take your charger elsewhere and plug it in at a known good location. Preferably at your Ford dealer as if it is bad you can get it replaced under warranty while there (at least ordered.)

you really should check between L1-N and N-L2 for 12v, and then L1-L2 for 240v.

But if I were you, and you have the panel open still, before you bring your charger to some other outlet somewhere.... vacuum out the wood chips, and just TRY moving the white wire to the Neutral bus.

Why? The neutral and ground buses are bonded. They are the same. The white wire is perfectly fine where it is. See the bonding strap?

I would strongly discourage anyone who hasn't been trained from moving wires around in their electrical panel. It is very easy for a wire to fling and touch something it shouldn't and create a giant arc flash or electrocute someone. The lugs at the bottom are always live.

Yes sure. While I consider my self a DIYer I will not make any changes to this one. I Will only call with electrician. I just cleaned the debree. Thanks

I don't have my Mach E yet, so I can't check, but I'd be very surprised if the neutral pin on the EVSE is connected to anything. If it isn't moving the white won't do anything anyway.

DON'T TAKE ELECTRICAL ADVICE FROM RANDOM FORUM MEMBERS! That being said, here's some electrical advice from a licensed electrician: get a local licensed electrician to come over and meter your outlet. If it is wired correctly, then as has already been mentioned multiple times, the Ford ESVE is likely defective.

Yeah the neutral isn’t even connected to the plug. The 4th pin on the socket end is a 30k thermistor in the plug.

OP, if you have a multimeter you can check the resistance of the thermistor in the plug head. Hook up meter as shown, match polarity of the leads (there is a diode involved). At room temperature it should read around 30k ohms. If it gets hot or there’s a problem with the thermistor, it will read about 26k or less (which would trigger the amber light).

I opened my Grizzl-e and the neutral wire is cut where it comes into the EVSE from the 14-50 plug. No resistor or anything. The ground is connected, however.

Updated my last comment with other pic, my bad ?
Interesting, it’s the same both ways. That could be a problem with the diode. If you want to pursue further you can try the diode test (arrow setting by the word “ON” on your meter). Forwards I get 0.52V reverse I get 1.35V.

EDIT: On the 120V plug I get the same resistance readings (just under 30k forwards based on temp, 31.4K fixed reverse). On the diode test I get the same forwards (0.52V) but reverse I get 1.52V which is higher

So I went to the ford dealership and plugged into their 240v outlet and it works just fine(with a blue light). But at home still yellow light(some issue).

I tested with volt meter and it shows 240v correctly, electrician says he do not see any issue to fix,(and he appears to starting getting pissed, because I am questioning his work) but apparently car wont charge on 240v outlet.

Ford dealership 240v charger:

I think I will just call another electrician
