A plug-in your car reminder would be helpful

Okay, admittedly, this is me forgetting.
But how often have people forgotten to plug in your Mach-E and found it uncharged in the morning? ?‍
Yes, stupid, but I intended to go out again, so I didn't plug it in; plans changed, forgot to do it....

It would be GREAT if you could set something that after (you get to pick) 9 pm if the car wasn't on the charger, it would text or alert you.

Personally, this would be much more helpful than Ford worrying about a new touchscreen game or YouTube.

FordPass has a plug in reminder you can find by going to Account (upper right) > Settings > Preferences (Notification Settings) > Charging Notification

I have this one setting turned off so I don't know how it works.

funny, I did NOT know this existed in settings - so I checked it out only to see I have it set now - and never get reminders to plug in... I get notified of charge complete tho...

Push notifications in FordPass seem to be broken since an update or two ago.

Set a nightly reminder on your phone. Why does the car have to do everything when you already carry a tool for that job in your pocket?

That's what I do. Most of the time, I am plugged in and charged before I get my reminder but it definitely helps.

I have a notification set on my JuiceBox if it's not plugged in each night. Wasn't able to get the Ford notification to work reliably. If you're using a smart charger, see if it has a plug-in reminder. Or wait for Ford to fix it - it's probably on the list next to 21J1 Frunk buttons and the OTA HVBJB upgrade (yes that's sarcasm)

I set this up shortly after I got my MME and over the course of many FP version iterations I don't think I've ever gotten the alert. (And to be clear, I do get other alerts from FordPass.) But perhaps FP only reminds you if the car is below a specific SoC and remains unplugged for a specific period of time... ??‍
