Well today they did poke around in PTS and the OTA dashboard but didn't do any programming with FDRS.

But that TCU has disappeared from your list:

They wouldn’t update anything else. Not under the warranty. I’ll update everything remaining next week myself.

Could someone tell me what’s available to update on mine? Having some PAAK issues and the dealer won’t do any updates unless there’s a recall, and won’t even check the issue.

Well then this will be a disappointment.

Here's the current list of available updates:

If they had performed *all* of CSP 21P22 those 4 door modules, the RFA, and the BCM would be off this list. And if they had done the BCM in this case they would have had to do the GFM as well to prevent an error concerning the Frunk system "requiring service".

Here's what they did on the 22st of Oct. Looked up what was required for CSP 21P22 and then did just the powertrain part of it and ignored the rest:

Next was the 1st of November where they programmed your second key fob:

And the last day any programming was done was the 2nd of November where they again looked up what was required to perform CSP 21P22 and I guess just decided not to do anything further. The entry on the 4th of Nov was just somebody checking your VIN in PTS:

So they still owe you the programming they didn't do...and/or they owe Ford for the labor they charged them for supposedly performing CSP 21P22 when they didn't actually finish it.

Oh boy - after reading the above post (#2414) I'm worried that my CSP 21P22 was not completely done (back on 02/16/2022). Mike, can you please give me an update? I'm going back to my Dealer on 11/11/2022 to try and get them to do all outstanding updates. They have been very courteous and said they will try and get everything done 'under warranty' but I'm not sure they even finished the 21P22 correctly.

I'd like to go there with a complete list and proof that 21P22 was not completed (if that is the case).

Absolutely nothing to worry about in your case. Every single update in CSP 21P22 at that time was performed.

Of course many of those same modules have been revised throughout this year, especially the powertrain related ones (PCM, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB, SOBDMC) due to tweaking of the software as the HVJB saga played out over the summer.

Here's the list as of today:

So in your case it's not that the tech just didn't bother.....it's that all those same modules listed in CSP 21P22 have revisions again. You do still have those cruise control related updates (CCM, CMR, IPMA, and PSCM...but no IPC?) in the list and I'm trying to reconcile why those are there. I would have thought that as a 25 Apr '21 build (Job 1) you wouldn't have any cruise updates available if BlueCruise was up to date and working at this point.

Mike, don't have Blue Cruise (did not get it at dealer since it's not that important to me and was supposed to be an OTA anyway). Also don't have full screen android auto, no frunk button, etc. - but do have tic tac toe :^)
