Hey, how do you know what batch you are? 11/7 is my build week but no updates yet.

you need to get your VIN (which should be in an email from ford), then use the VIN to pull your window sticker. the batch and sequence number are at the top right of the window sticker next to the VIN. the 4-digit order number is in the Item# field at the bottom of the sticker. with the order number and VIN you can use ordertracker.app to get all the info, and also use ford's order status webpage.

Estimated Delivery 12/17/2022 - 12/23/2022.
Ordertrack.app shows awaiting shipment.
Checking modules shows lots of bce, but no pcm or tear tag.

Anyone know why OrderTrack.app data would get worse?

This morning it showed 2 days 11 hours Time in Status (Actual), Longest wait 9 days, no modules in the link, no info in the view tracker link, Invoiced Nov 2nd, Convoy (with no details) for shipping.

Just now Order Track.app data shows 0 hours Time in Status (Actual), longest wait 34 days (!), no modules in the link, no info in the view tracker link, Invoiced Nov 2nd, "There was a problem getting information from the shipping provider. Try again later." for shipping.

My window sticker shows my car as:
Batch 9259
652/1034

I'm seeing others in the same batch with both higher and lower build numbers with modules and even shipping dates.

Mine went down to 0 hours as well. No change in actual status though.

Follow up; How do I pull up the window sticker? Yes I know the order # and vin # and yes I have the ford pass app.

@Hussar13 the last couple of days it seems like ordertrack.app has been a little broken. what happens if you go straight to https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt and put in your VIN there?
@astrorob Motorcraft Service site still shows the same no movement since it went "active" on Wednesday or Thursday. VIN appears, no tear tag, vehicle data shows: 3A12 FFFF FF49. I have no idea what that means. No PCM modules, BCE modules shows: "End of information" and the letter "G". This has been the same since the start.

And the Ford Vehicle Tracker, https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/?gnav=header-account, shows "This vehicle is not yet available in order tracking at this time, please check back later", same all week, no change.

ordertrack.app at least made me feel like I was in line since there was a timer going. Now I'm all Ted Lasso "it's the hope that kills you" and I need more "Believe".

Ordertrack went a little wonky for me yesterday as well. I was nervous, but from Ford emails looks like my car is moving along. This is what ordertrack says:

79 days and 5 hours

Got modules over the weekend. Still no tear tag...and its listed as awaiting shipment. Still can't track on the Ford site. On the app it did ask me to activate. Progress is happening... just not sure where...was hoping for a December delivery but I highly doubt it??especially since I'm listed as rail shipping and I have seen cars stuck at the rail yard for months ???

Ugh update...checked my ford.com account and it says built scheduled delivery 1/3-1/9.

Got a text and email from Ford today that my order has shipped (in progress) :)! It still has the same delivery eta of 12/17-23, but I'm hoping this could mean an earlier delivery. I'll probably contact chat for a rail car # and details to track. Still no details in ford tracking or OrderTrack.

@njb are you emailing your dealer or Ford corporate? I haven't seen an email from either since Sept 23rd. I did visit my dealer in person last week to get the order number to track my build. And Ford chat did confirm my car is being built but no details.

This forum has given me more and better information than Ford so far. Thank you. I really appreciate how much everyone on the forum wants to share about getting their new car.
