If anyone would be so kind as to run my VIN to see what, if anything, is due for work/reprogramming. My actual dealership is a joke and doesn't know much about EVs.

I ask for a friend to check the VIN. Today he has to meet with ford and his lawyer about the turtle problem. Ford says the tortoise is not a defect... but a function! hahaha

I would also like to ask, if possible, to verify that the workshop hasn't moved from Saturday to today

They did no work on the car on the 12th or 13th. Today they were doing some diagnostics but have not done any programming by the time I am writing this. Lots of looking up things in the manuals but no programming work.

Thank you Mike. With the small set of updates and no APIM update available, I’m wondering if me taking my MME to the dealership for Sync issues is even worth it.

Call them and find out if you've been missing OTAs. They can tell you that over the phone (OTA dashboard). And then have a discussion about determining if your car is somehow blocked (TCU?, GWM?).
