Also, I have driven the ID3 and you are correct it is very cheap looking. ID4 is a step up.

The only thing the ID.4 has that I want and the Mach E doesn't is towing. I really don't understand why we get no tow rating and no Ford hitch option in the US.

I think it's coming with the next BEV ford makes in Canada.

I wonder if we who are interested in a light towing package (as available in EU models per my understanding) need to start a concerted effort to convince Ford to offer it as an option from the dealer. I recall reading long ago that a Ford exec alluded to the idea that it was not demanded by the NA market, but Ford's mind could be changed........

Out of Spec did a Q&A video after a media drive in the ID.4 recently in Detroit.



There is also some Mach-E news in the video. He mentions media drives will be happening soon with initial reviews coming in mid-December.
