I see no GWM in this list you posted, or today when I checked in FDRS. In fact it's the same list.Hi Mike,
Taking my car in to the dealer tomorrow to do the HVAC update as I’m still on 3.5.4.2. Just wondering if the GWM is here. I will push to get them to update as many modules as I can. Any particular order they should be updated in? What would be your recommendations? Thanks 3FMTK3SSXMMA50149

They will probably do just the HVAC based on the TSB cause they are getting paid for that. Takes like literally two minutes...or actually longer to setup the VCM than to do the update. I don't know why you don't have the GWM showing yet.
If they wanted to knock some of this out...just selecting the PCM will result in all the powertrain related updates being done in sequence. Like 20-25 minutes worth of effort.
