I got 3.6.1 less than a week ago. I’m hoping the system has finally found me.

They should just make the gui like an Apple Watch. That is you can scroll through the different elements on the screen, select them, select placement , select size.

Then there would be far less complaints.

chances are your not meeting the requirements to apply the update. I’ve found way more effort than should be needed is required to “trigger” the updates.

I can only recommend what seemed to work for me. to be fair it didn’t always work right away and took persistence.

1. connect car to wifi
2. Connect car to charger. I don’t care what anyone says I went to 100% and it worked for me.
3. Make sure manual updates are set.
4. All steps 1-3 overnight.
5. Drive for 15-20 mins where you are accelerating and regen breaking.
6. Keep checking software updates and it usually shows up after a few drives.

emphasis on the “trying” somwtimes I had to wait 2 days for an update to come through.

usually it goes 3.5.4 > 3.61 > 3.62 > 4.1.1 > 4.1.2

I don't think this is the case. The conditions are applicable after the update is received, but there are no requirements for receiving updates other than to have a good network signal to enable the download to occur. Ford sends them using some sort of prioritization scheme that is unknown to us users. It will come when Ford sends it and I don't think there is anything we can do to accelerate or delay that process.

I’m just relaying what worked for me. It’s anecdotal.

I discovered a new step back in this software. The heated seats button now just displays an orange light when it’s in auto, it doesn’t show you if it’s ok or at what level like it used to. Before when you put it in auto you got an A on the seat and the 3 red lights would light up to tell you if it was on and at what level. Now it’s just an A with an orange light at the bottom. No way of knowing if it’s on or not, and if you tap it to see it takes it out of auto and cycles to the next level.

have 4.1.2
MME was fully charged and plugged in to EVSE (we have had single digit and below temps. of late)
do not use iPhone or carplay, so no problems there
no problems driving thus far
3.6.... added 60 miles to my range - now shows as if it were warmer, not of much import either way
like control via volume dial
unimpressed as yet with other stuff - have to accustom myself to changes in order to determine value
Still do not understand why they switch profile to guest (not a big deal, but why?)

Our 2023 came with 22280_PRODUCT Revision 592

..which included the updated UI, dial controls for temp, etc, but didn't include the quick access camera button.

Anyone else with a 2023 get any OTA updates yet?

I have a schedule for 1am every night but the last 2 updates came in late afternoon and I had the option to apply it right away or wait for the schedule. So I don't think having a schedule set makes a difference when it downloads.

Got the UI change yesterday but weird thing is my car still says it’s on 4.1.1.
