At no time was an update for GWM or TCU. It is probably important to note that I am not the original owner of the vehicle. I have had it for about 3 months so I couldn't tell you what was done previously.

The updates I completed were as follows with comments about anything strange:

PCM
BCM
OBCC
DSM
GSM
DSP
PSCM (Appeared the next day after the above was completed)
SOBDM (Failed twice, waited ~12 hours and worked on third try)
BECM (Failed twice, waited ~12 hours and worked on third try)

Well I’d try that PMI on the gateway.

Yup lots of updates starting on the 21st and on through the 22nd.

All of your list was done...and then a TCU popped up. That should come as an OTA though in case you don't get back to the shop.

I went to the car service shop and they said they did all the module updates (16) that Mike mentioned to me last time. They also mentioned that the Sync update took 15GB of download and did not work...
Can someone Check it for me?

Well if I recall correctly 3.6.1 is the OTA version of the HVAC update.

And Look!

There it is right there in your list of updates!

Sync always says you're up-to-date. It's designed to inspire confidence. Sort of like Ford's version of "It's fine...really...nothing to worry about, and you have a great day!"

The did programming on the 23rd and 24th. (The 22nd was spent reading the manual apparently.)

So you do have an APIM (Sync) update available:

So here are the session logs for both the 23rd and 24th:

I can't find anywhere in these logs where they even attempted to do the APIM update. Never started it.

Correct....FDRS only shows what's available and has not yet been installed.

Many thanks for for your quick and detailed answer.
Last time you ran FDRS for me attached there was 16 updates available and I cant see all of them processed in the log above. Does it mean that some of these updates are still to be done or they have been somehow covered as part of the other updates that the service shop has done last couple of days even though not visible in the logs?
