Well to me they're all good to have. But if they do that BCM/GFM combo you'll be able to open your Frunk with the door keypad or the Sync softbutton .

I get this when running the VIN you provided:

Only your VIN. I've run 6-7 other VINs this morning and yours is the only one that results in this error.

Okay, so that's strange. If you cut and pasted the VIN, I also cut and pasted from a different place than I normally do.

Maybe try this version, which I didn't cut and paste?

I'm afraid you're going to have to see a dealer to get sorted.

The reason is, as you can see below, there are no gateway (GWM), APIM (Sync), or TCU (telematics modem) updates in your list so something is keeping you from getting any new updates. And this list is just going to get longer. You're on what I think is Sync 539, based on the software revision number. The most current version is Sync 713.

I just pulled the TCU & GWM fuses to see if that might clear things…..before going to dealer….
And yes, I am on Sync 539 version…….

Recommend calling your service advisor and asking that they pull your VIN in PTS and then go to the OTA dashboard to see what's going on.

None of the available updates in this list would come as OTAs (normally):

You have no APIM, GWM, or TCU updates in your list. That's pretty much what they've been sending out lately. the rest of this stuff would have to be applied by using FDRS (DIY or a tech at the dealership).

Thank you for the info. The app is saying power-up 3.6.1 is ready for me since March 18th but it has not none it yet.

You're suggesting I'll need to get the dealer to go in and trigger necessary available updates for me? Will that also give me the new UI?
