Recommend setting your software updates schedule to check during a daily commute time instead of the middle of the night. That way your 12V battery is fully up to charge when the car checks and the logic will enable the update. At home on Wi-Fi while you're sleeping is not as optimal for getting updates as while you're driving in a 3-bar AT&T area with a fully charged 12V battery.

You have two updates that should come as OTAs, the GWM and the APIM.

Does that mean the other 6 that aren't OTA and have to be done at the dealership?

That list looks a little massive.
Is it a mistake that I haven't received any of them OTA?

My dealership will argue that I should pay by the hour for getting them to update it, unless I can claim that I have issues with the Car, rather than just being impatient about the OTA that I will probably never get.

FYI, I have tried both to schedule for updates at night on wifi at home, and when on my daily commute. Nothing has done the trick.

You currently show you have a set of 4 door modules, a GWM, an APIM (this would be Sync 713), the OBCC, and the newest HVAC update for foggy windows.

Recommend asking the dealer to do the PCM so that newer gateway (GWM) and Sync (APIM) updates will show up for you. I think you've got the "PCM dependency" issue that's keeping you from getting the newer updates.

You may ask your service advisor to see if they'll knock out the PCM and hopefully that might break loose the newer gateway and Sync updates.
