Yes. This is what I’ve been getting for months. Then I took it in and had all of the updates applied at the dealer through FDRS. So far so good. When I got the car back, I received a message via Sync that 4.2.3 has not completed. I took this as a good sign because it appeared at least the OTA update was attempted. However it’s been weeks and it seems stuck at this point and has not tried again. The website gives me the status as above with error code 24 and no qualified alerts found. Does anyone know if this means I’m stuck again for some reason? Unusual because it appeared I got unstuck after the dealer updates. There are zero updates pending in FDRS as well and my car appears to be up to date with the new UI, but no attempt to redo 4.2.3 or 4.2.4.

Does anyone have the URL handy that pulls the JSON? I just tried to do this to check my car and it looks like they redid the web site and it doesn't pull the json anymore?

Anyone have an answer to this? I have not had any OTA data on Ford.com for months. Has this changed?

If you haven't received an OTA recently, you likely won't find anything on Ford's website. I'd recommend posting in this thread to have someone look up what modules have updates.

there's really no reason to do this trick anymore, with the latest updates you can see in the Settings>>>Software Updates section if an OTA is downloading.

Did you every get your screen to change and update. Last week I did all my updates via FDRS and my screen is stuck on 4.2.1.

Today I received the PAAK OTA CSP and the text in the car and in the website changed to reflect this pending install and then again when it was successfully installed. This is the first indication that it was indeed not stuck. It was just waiting for the next OTA after the previous one failed, presumably because it was already installed by the dealer via FDRS.

Looks like this no longer works? Getting a 403 access denied error.

My question for those saying FDRS, while it will show modules that have updates available, it doesn’t indicate anything about standard OTA status right?

For example if something keeps going wrong while trying to install OTAs you’d have no way of knowing.
