Thank you so much! The service advisor said he would get the shop foreman to get with Ford Engineering and see what they advice. That sounds like a good plan, right?Well the service advisor cannot see the list of updates that FDRS shows from his screen in PTS. Only a tech can see that (in FDRS).
So what's happening is the service advisor checks OTA screen...."nope, nothing there. I guess there aren't any updates!" When in actuality the car isn't getting updates because there's a problem and the service advisor can't see it. This is a perfect Catch-22.
Ask the service advisor to call the tech up to the desk and explain why you have all these updates available but you aren't getting OTAs that other people have already gotten.
