I doubt they are out of room yet.
Standard practice is to lease areas to stage vehicles. You'll see in cities with auto plants old parking lots, closed malls and businesses, even fields full of the exact same models. They also do it in major shipping hubs (like KC). Before switching over to the 21 model year F150 they made as many as they possibly could and stored them anywhere they could find since they wouldn't be making any while the plant was being switched over.

The place my Mach-E was parked before they did a "master reset" is not on this picture:

Google Maps location:
https://www.google.nl/maps/place/19°38'52.5"N+99°11'41.9"W/@19.647928,-99.1962565,17z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d19.647928!4d-99.194983
It's just off the picture to the upper right, north of the Sams Club. Google labels it Estacionamiento Ford. Looks like a spillover lot. Not huge though.

There's a row of tractor trailers in the sat pic, so maybe that's the staging area for trucking vehicles to the port.

My car is built...OMG I am excited!!!!! It is an FE......interesting is that it is listed as a premium but under options it has the codes for FE. What is interesting on the window sticker it now has codes under the SPECIAL ORDER " box.
Suggest you block out your VIN ?

Looks like an overflow lot. Or where they park for their morning Krispy Kreme run.

I wonder if that's the spot they've been using for employee parking? My contact in Cuautitlan said they were kicked out of the parking lot at the plant a couple of months ago and have to park about a mile away. Parking at Krispy Kreme every morning sounds dangerous, though.

Could be. It's basically just the north side of the Sams Club and Walmart shopping complex along the front entrance of the plant. I betcha they've kicked employee parking out of there now as MMEs are stacking up.

It does look like a logical place for staging truck transport loading. I hadn't noticed that lot on my initial survey of plant parking/storage capacity.

What I still find hard to believe is that they don't do direct train loading at Cuautitlan any more. That's what my contact said a while back. If there were trains there in 2019, I really don't understand why Ford didn't just have train cars sitting there on the original OKTB date, ready to load.

You know, a large old company might have done vehicle introductions before, and might secure off-site storage for vehicles ahead of time... just sayin'.
Keeping in mind that @RonTCat is well informed... Perhaps these photos help map a route to storage.

It could be that the tracks were removed leading to the plant so they have to go to the other side of town to load.

Not just plants: Local dealerships here in Michigan also dump/put their overflow in mall and spare lots.

Yes, lots of options like that one but we're back to guessing again.

The 3rd picture in that tweet is an intersection 1/4 mile east of the plant's main entrance. No telling on the others. Doesn't really mean much, just more of a curiosity.

Train tracks in Jan-2020 sat photos appear to still be in place, but again, that doesn't mean much either.
