If you did nothing wrong and they towed your car twice without your permission or any legal reason, I'd say you're not fucked, unless you hate the 2024 Mach E they should be replacing yours with

Usually when you get towed. They state
“Towed at owners expense”.
Why did you get towed. Still doesn’t give them permission to damage your car.

I've been through Progressive subrogation before. They actually did a really nice job fighting the other side (an uninsured motorist in my case). I'd recommend letting them fight it if there is damage.

Agree with the advice to pursue through condo association first, then insurer if condo association does not accept responsibility, but filing a claim with insurer sends the message to condo association that you are serious.

Also, no matter what indemnification clauses are in your condo contract, they cannot be innocent for acting stupidly and ignorantly. They should have known to use a tow company that knows how to tow different types of vehicles and/or used the information you provided, i.e. that your vehicle is a MME, which means electric, which means special towing specifications.

Lastly, I would insist on a long-term coverage provision with the condo association because you don't know what problems may occur in 9-12 mo. due to towing incorrectly. Could be nothing, but I would want to be covered long-term.

I think people have missed what you need to inspect for damage, mostly it would be the underside of the battery pack, if they hooked into one of the rails on the pack, they are aluminum, so they will shred. If they used a dolly to get your car out, you are probably fine. If they brute forced it out while it was in park, well, that would be another issue as well, electric motor damage.

Consult with a lawyer regardless of compensation of damages seeking punitive damages for being dick heads. I'd put it v. everyone including individuals in the office and the related companies involved in any part of it. Your vehicle was stolen and there are many accomplices to the crime / consult local DA about possible charges (increase value of your damages case by letting them go). Ooopsie isn't a legal defense.
You want to be sure to sue ALL of your condo officers as well (have them named individually, and sued separately). Don’t worry, they’ll likely be covered by your association’s O&D insurance. Also, if your condo has any committees, be sure to go after the relevant committees, member-by-member (again, they should be covered by O&D). Committees might include things like landscaping architecture, and finance. You’re doing this to protect YOUR rights and YOUR property.
Most important things are:
1. Have your car examined by a Ford dealer ASAP for any damage (do not drive it - then you could be blamed for the damage).
2. Talk to a qualified lawyer ASAP to get valid legal advice.

Additionally, since your car was initially nose-in, inspect the entire rear of the car to make sure that the suspension and other rear points of the car that might have been used to drag your car out (all unapproved towing/winching points according to Ford) were or were not damaged. ??

Step 1 before anything else of course.

If it’s not damaged you can happily move on with your life.

Our Mach-E also has been towed once when my wife parked it in the wrong place. I got a lot of alerts and the handle/brake felt very weird when I found my car in the towing company's yard.

It turns out that many alerts are just gone when you drive a few miles. We first argued with the towing company, assuming our car was broken. Then the manager in this company said they have towed hundreds of Teslas and Mach-E's, and they all had the same issue, but it will be gone after driving a bit. So far, for a few months, we have not seen any issues. I think now many towing companies know how to tow electric cars properly, and we didn't have any physical damage, apparently.

Wait, you mean we shouldn't be taking legal advice from random people on the Internet? Next your gonna try to tell me that @HuntingPudel isn't actually a poodle!

While I don’t live in a condominium, I was an officer of our HOA in an era when we were under continual hostile attack by investors who were also lawyers ?
