I just get “menu not available” under connectivity and connected vehicle features.
Try this to make the menu visible. If it still doesn't work, there are some other possible methods listed in this thread. But even if connected services are disabled, OTAs still work and if I recall correctly either 6.1.0 or 6.2.x should fix the problem.

Received letter from Ford that identified 2 CSPs, 22B28 & 23B50. I called and they scheduled me an appointment for 12/6. I'm wondering if I need to keep this appointment since I have received multiple updates since the letter? VIN 3FMTK3SU7NMA27267.

After looking, found that both CSPs were resolved via OTA installs.
Called the dealer to cancel my appointment and they indicated that 23B50 still shows as outstanding in their system. Can one of you please run my VIN so I can see what else I can get updated since I still need to go to my appointment. Thank you in advance!

The WiFi finally connected back up but still showing connection not available in navigation. Scheduled an appointment for next week. This is really weird.

In the mean time I reset paak and am trying to add back.

Do the updates only come through the cell card or WiFi as well? Connectivity options still don’t show
OTAs go through the cellular connection. If your connectivity issues persist you may want to try pulling the telematics fuse for 5-10 minutes and reinstalling it. ?‍♂?

You guys are all fricken awesome. Not sure what happened but as I walked out to my car tonight to plug in, my Apple Watch started dinging like crazy telling me all my PAAKs are removed (I tried a bunch to recreate it). I hopped in and boom, 6.2 is downloading and the 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE.

I was also able to finally reinstall my PAAK and the connectivity menu is finally reenabled. I wish there was a log to find out what happened last night or this morning that caused all this.

I’ll still keep my appointment for next week just incase.

thank you @rugedraw and @kennelh!

You currently show only the CMR and GFM updates in your list.

Having a few issues (I think). Any chance you can look at my VIN again and see if something is up?

thank you!!!
Here's the list of available updates:

I'd reset the APIM using the steering wheel controls and if that doesn't result in Wi-Fi networks appearing then you may need to see the service department. You have an RFA update that should help with the FP issues.

Hi,
Wondering if someone can have a look if my car have some updates
WF0TK3SUXMMA63601
I hope the new UI is included.
Thanks in advance.
You are getting pretty backed up.

The first thing that needs to happen is that GWM (gateway) needs to be updated before anything else will show up.

Mike, I've been stuck at a failed 6.6.0 for a few weeks now. Is there anything outstanding in FDRS for me that might be gumming up the works? Thanks as always!!!

I have a pre May 22 GT with 26K miles and suspect the HVJB issue has finally caught me. I got a service vehicle soon message while accelerating on the highway and now my car shows the orange wrench and red car icons. The app shows Powertrain warning and high voltage battery warning.

Can someone look up my VIN and tell me if there are any interesting codes related to this issue?

Thanks

The FSA may still be open and they'd like to get paid for it...but you have no powertrain updates in your list because the OTA updated them. You don't need to go in unless you want to try and make a deal that they'll update your CMR and GFM for free while the car is in there. ;)

I just get “menu not available” under connectivity and connected vehicle features.

I also noticed that my system update number under General > About is now 28:30 and it was 28:40 on October 30th. Really odd
Unless you see this icon at the top of your Sync screen
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others Connected_Vehicl
you will never see the connected services menu items.

Go into the settings and make sure you are sharing data with Ford (except maybe your contacts and media) to ensure that's not the problem.

If you have some other device in your car that could be blocking your TCU's AT&T signal that could also be a problem.
