Anyone have any idea how much, if any delay there might be in this info? Or a way to manual refresh it to be sure it is up to date?
Seems to update within minutes of exiting and locking the car. By the time I get out of my car and into my house, sign in to the ford site, it already has the updated LVB SOC.

It's last time the car reported to the cloud. Could be days old if you were parked. Go into FordPass and pull down to force a data refresh, after that completes then check the website again.

My car has tried to install 6.4.0 at least 4 times and fails every time with interrupted by another process. Has anyone else seen this?

@macchiaz-o: Wasn't this the error you received?

I saw that on 6.7.0 but then it fully succeeded on its next attempt, which was maybe 2-3 days later.

My vehicle had issues installing at least one of the earlier inhibit updates (6.3? 6.4? I can't remember) due to low 12V battery. The error message was different.

Update 6.4.0 was successfully installed on my January built 2022 GTPE 2 days ago, while update 23-PUO722-DC-CHG3 was installed yesterday. I initiated the installs manually after driving around doing errands. I waited to post about the install to see if any bugs, such as changing radio presets, were introduced. None were.

I don't understand your response?
Read the next post after that. I called it to the attention of someone who had experienced that error and he responded.

Finally got the 6.2 re-release download last night on my 23 GT. Now I wonder if I am going to have wait 6 more weeks to get the next one.

Does anyone know the 12v SOC requirement for 6.4.0?

So far I haven't been able to get the 12v on my car above 82% (as observed at https://www.ford.com/myaccount/account-dashboard )
I would think that’s enough, something else might be going on. Might want to read through the failed OTA sticky in this section and make sure you’re doing everything right.

I have double checked that thread. I recall the min threshold on a previous troublesome update was 90%. My other car's 12v is consistently reporting 90% and it installed 6.4.0 successfully on its first attempt, so I'm guessing this update must be looking for 90%

Edit: actually, it seems that while I was posting the above comments, 6.4.0 did finally complete. The car is now downloading the next one, 6.6.0 I am guessing.
