Wait for it, you'll probably get it in the next month.
@Mach-Lee did Ford release a TSB or SSM for this that we could refer the dealer to so that they could do the update directly?

What was your last update? I got this fix shortly after 6.7.
My last update was 6.2.1 on Dec 5th. Have not gotten anything else on my 23, but FDRS does show that my RTGM needs to be updated.

This is an update I care more about than BC 1.3 (given BC 1.2 works fine already for my needs). The tailgate not opening on first try is a bit annoying, especially when my hands are holding grocery bags.

I was right there with you until a couple days ago.

My FDRS report on my 23, I have the same liftgate issue. It's listed as "rear trunk gate (RGTM) module update" but according to this it involves a dealer visit?

What is this report and how/where did you get it?

I don't know if this was noted already but you can also reset your rear tailgate height I don't know if that's what the issue is? But you can hold the button in the back and reset the tailgate height to any height you like and maybe somehow it got reset to a lower setting,

Could someone publish a code book of all the abbreviations and 2-3 letter abbreviations so that the rest of us can understand what they mean?

it's actually to do with how the liftgate behaves. I notice it only happens when the car is locked.

This appears to have been fixed with 23-PU0630-RGT-PLO.

My '21 never had this issue, but my '23 did. In my experience, the partial open only happened when I used the button above the license plate to open the liftgate. If I used the app or the in-car menu it was always fine.

After the '23 received the update, it always opens normally (I've used it numerous times and it hasn't mis-behaved yet).

Just got this update for the tailgate today, too. I had two other updates in the last week as well. Seems like a flood of updates are rolling out right now.

Still not seeing anything since 6.2.1 :|. For now I disabled automatic updates because I don't want my car to get bricked during my holiday travels.

My 2023 GTPE was fixed by this update, as well.
