Rugedraw,

I have seen your posts about looking at the log of communications with the car and had a question about the OTA triggers. I had my car in for the charge port recall on December 6 and a couple updates were done, but not all, as shown on Mike’s scan. Since I have been on “Not completed” since late November (I think the 28th as that’s when I took a photo of the screen) on the update that says it is a re-release of 6.2, once a month has passed is that when something gets pushed again?

I posted the picture from Mike. Though since Santa Mike is on the thread today I wonder if anything has been added to my list since December 7.

It is too bad the dealership I take my car for service doesn't understand the OTA updates and told me they are never done in the background and you do it yourself.

VIN: 3FMTK3R71NMA30391

You lost the OBCC off the list. But the rest is still there for now. Have a great holiday season!

That is very interesting to me as it was on the list pre-service, post-service, and gone now as there have been no notifications of any update on my car. Is this something you have seen often? I see on the GitHub list those four listed in 6.XX, and the OBCC in one of those recycled notes updates in November. Though I should be glad we didn't get something like the Rivian update last month when they released an OTA with the wrong security certificate and it killed the infotainment system necessitating a dealer visit. I am impressed, however, that they sent an e-mail blast to customers, reddit posts, and forum posts within hours of the issue with detailed technical information about what happened.

I'm thing about getting this car (https://www.hellerford.com/inventor...-e-gt-awd-4d-sport-utility-3fmtk4sx8nma01390/), but would like to know what I'm getting into.

VIN: 3FMTK4SX8NMA01390

Looks like it was lemon law-ed in CA, but with no details as to why on the experian autocheck. If anyone with access to FRDS could help me figure out any information about why the car was returned as a lemon, I'd appreciate it.

Hoping to join the Mach-E family soon!

FDRS session logs indicate the HVJB was replaced on 4 Feb '23.

Starting around the 16th of June and going forward a few days (to the 20th) the car was diagnosed for rear cameras and sensing and IPMA problems as well as parking brake fault messages. Basically a lot of reverse brake assist related issues.

@rugedraw should be able to tell us if the IPMA DTCs are still showing up in the Connected Vehicle page (or any other DTCs in the health history for the last 60 days). It is best to know about these things beforehand.

You are AMAZING Mike G, thank you! So if I understand correctly, worst case, I can't use the reverse brake assist? But that's probably why this was lemon-ed in CA? (Either that or maybe something with the HVJB, but that's since been replaced anyway?)

P.S. What does IPMA stand for, sorry, tried googling but I must suck at it. Seems like it might be the blue cruise module?

Hello and Happy Holidays.
I’m thinking I have finally found a replacement for LeeLou. Which is on an adventure without me.

Recorded DTC's the last two times it was started are below:

Warranty history is attached. It does not really provide any insight as to why it was lemon law'd from what I can see.

Vehicle is not connected to Fordpass to pull DTC's. It is on the latest Sync version and last OTA sent to it was 6.4.0 which did not go through as it was canceled by the cloud. Warranty history is attached.

Hi, I'm new to the Mach-E community. I just purchased a '21 GTPE, and the software seems to be quite a ways behind in terms of updates. Would you mind checking to see what FDRS shows in terms of the software or other items of interest? The VIN is 3FMTK4SX8MME02291. Thanks!

Hey Guys, Happy Holidays!

Just an update for y'all. Still no updates offered OTA for me.

So I guess at this point. I'll see about meeting up with someone on the forum and seeing if they are willing to update the modules and I'll pitch in for their FDRS license.
