This is in fact the latest version.... we released it about 30-40 days ago or so, so if you bought yours before that it may have been the older one. You can DM me with your order # and I can check to confirm if you got v1 or v2.

Mine is the RWD non-GT, and I got the "F", which I think is correct. If I had gotten a remanufactured part, would it have been a "DRM"?
Yes, F is the new part for your car. The old remanufactured part for your car would have been DRM. Good to see non-GT's are starting to get the new part.

That appears incorrect. Please explain your information for noting this.



So many versions would leave you to believe that they are still working on it 3 years after release. I wish they would find the fix for the HVBJB and the charging port. Should not be complete rocket science. So if they are putting E's in now what about all those manufactured after May with B and C versions? Have to wonder if those that went through a year with a blown A HVBJB and then replaced again for the second time still did not get it fixed?

Your add makes it look like it is 20w charging via wireless charging. If this is Qi 1 compliant, then iPhone will only charge at 7.5w.

Your add makes it look like it is 20w charging via wireless charging. If this is Qi 1 compliant, then iPhone will only charge at 7.5w.

Two things:
1. Even though iPhone is supposedly limited to 7.5W I am able to pull 10W consistently on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Multiply this by 2 (2 pucks) and you get 20W.
2. Many of our customers use Android phones with MagSafe case. On my Galaxy S23 Plus I can pull 13W consistently (on a single puck).

Yes, it sounds like you have MagSafe cases already (based on the feedback that the phones center themselves - that's a feature of the MagSafe case due to the magnetic array in the puck and the magnetic ring on the case), so if that's the case you should expect the TWRAPS charger to work the same way as your home charger - the phones should center themselves, charge without overheating and stay in place during a drive.

Six pages of replies, but has anyone other than the 'thread starter' received the gift from Ford for completing the HVJB recall? I am beginning to think this was a perk exclusively from the dealer, not from Ford Inc.

My recall repair was finished today and I emailed the service manager a copy of the OP’s letter from Ford. He confirmed I am getting this atonement package, although he can’t say how long it will take to get all the pieces.

Going in Wednesday for my recalls. Does the dealer give us the letter with the gifts or does it come in the mail from Ford?

I took my MME in on 1.16 at 4 pm for two open recalls. Autonation (littleton, CO) will not give a loaner- as they say that is the new Ford corporate) policy. For a day or two, i can be okay with that. 2 days later, when i asked how my car was doing, they said they are waiting are parts. (because of a snow storm) Still no loaner. Thursday- same story. Asked the rep how am I supposed to get to the doctors office? fortunately I work from home full time . they did give me a loaner car after.
If they do not have the parts,they should have said so BEFORE I went there to drop the car off. If the car is coming in for recalls, the parts should be on had the day before. PERIOD.
I can bring the car back in when the parts are in the building.
Still waiting on Autonation. They said they need 2 days to install the part.

I dropped our '21 Premium extended range rwd Mach-E about two weeks ago for 20k checkup and -- if it was doable -- the HVBJB recall replacement (23S56).

Picked up the car Friday, lo and behold, it was done -- along with 22B48 (programming the charger control module) and 22P31 (replace the electronic parking break harness connector). Who knew? They did, so yay!

That said, the Ford Pass app shows only 23S56, but it's listed as incomplete. Called my service guy, he said that's the paperwork workflow isn't done. Should happen this week.

No mention of gifts. Yet.?

I have an Android phone...
depending on what you have you may be able to get a Magsafe case. Most Samsung and google phones there are options
