Can't change charge times

I have never heard of anyone setting a charging limit for a zipcode. How is that remotely possible?

For me it shows the City, State I’m in. I could o oh set the desired charging level after selected that option. Instead of the individual address.

2 more short drives tonight, and I guess the cycling of the car's power on and off did something. I am able to change the times and the locations "stick". I guess I hadn't yet turned it off and on enough. It does now read my "home" location as a neighbor's house, but it is close enough for the GPS and everything now works
