Hi. I have a '22 Mach-E. There is no indication that BlueCruise is available anywhere in my vehicle dash or within FordPass app. The car is configd for auto-updates. With no indication of BlueCruise available anywhere, I called the FordPass customer service number. After a lengthy hold the rep told me that she checked with the supervisor and "YOUR CAR WAS NOT BUILT TO HAVE BLUECRUISE" ... in this forum or anywhere else on the interwebs I can't find any evidence of certain Mach-E's not having any access to BlueCruise.... Totally possible that the FordPass customer service has no idea what they're talking about, but also there really seems to be zero evidence of BlueCruise availability anywhere in my vehicle or app.
