Seems like a bug to me, shows 70% (wish that was higher) while I know the HV is at 30%. Having dealt with a dead 12v not long after picking up the car from the dealer I was hoping to see it at at least 80%... warranty expiring on the 11th.

The 12V charge status has disappeared from ford.com and ford.ca for me now and replaced with the range that is given in the app and therefore fairly useless. Unfortunate that something that was so informative and practical was all a mistake. Guess they started to get too much traffic so that need to be changed. Would love to see it in the app beside the tire pressure in vehicle status since the car does not update when it is low.

Are you looking at the “My Account” page or the “Vehicle Dashboard”?

This not a bug but should be labled as 12 volt battery.
It is indeed the 12 Volt battery, but if you click on " View all Vehicle details", the next page shows charge levels for the main battery. The percentage should also be there, but that's on Fordpass.
I'll agree that I don't care about this statistic in my ICE car but given how dependent EVs are to the state of charge of the 12 volt battery for updates and other basic functions it is handy to have a way to check it when things aren't going well.

still there for me. Remember the 12v status is in percent on the named account "......account" mine is "chris' account", the vehicle dashboard shows high voltage battery status in miles range.

that's troubling. I've never seen mine below 80% and usually 85-95%

I think charge level is in miles/km for some.

I just checked again and the online 12v is now showing 87%. Either my spouses' drive into work or charging all morning must have helped, but I would have expected it to stay above 80% regardless. I might plug in my odb scanner to see if it shows anything different.

Mine was sitting in the 40's a lot and since doing this I am 80 90's

Reset your 12V battery learned values to ensure the battery is fully recharged while driving.

Here's how to do that:
Press the start button without stepping on the brake.
Flash the high beams with the stalk five times, and then step on the brake pedal three times, and after that, check the red battery icon on the instrument panel to see that it flashes three times.
And then shut the ignition off. And then you can turn the car fully on and drive off. Your 12V battery should then fully recharge (if it wasn't doing that before).

Thanks for the tip! If this was any other forum, or car, I'd think you were pulling my leg with those instructions. :)

No it works and just like resetting the oil life (or anything) would not be there if not needed or in some strange way a problem for the car. It has made a difference here for sure.

Edit: Credit goes to Mr. G the #1 help in this forum. ?

Are you looking at the “My Account” page or the “Vehicle Dashboard”?
Yes remember when on Ford.com to look on the My Account page for 12v, not on the Vehicle Dashboard.
Agree with those that suggest having this useful info reported in the FordPass app.
