It's a new vehicle; no warranty history on it. It is on Sync 22326 and shows only an IPC update in the OTA dashboard back in June of last year. The release notes have come off so i can't see which one it was, but this is the file that changed. Maybe someone who knows these cars better can tell you which update that was.

No definitely not up to date. My laptop crashed so I don't have FDRS access to check for you at this time, but if it is up to date one way, it isn't up to date the other way, either.

The modem on your car is authorized for both retail and fleet. I am not sure if this is an issue or not. Maybe @Mike G can provide some clarity on whethrt this will affect your ability to get updates. Your OTA dashboard does not show any update history.

OTA history is below. In terms of power-up updates, the last one you got was 6.4.0 followed by a few priority updates. In terms of the OTA process, you are not terribly behind.

Your car is on the latest Sync and PTS is only showing an RFA update pending. Vehicle history shows they did some updates at the end of February, so I am inclined to say you are pretty much fully up to date. Sorry, but I don't have my access to FDRS back yet to confirm.

You car got an OTA yesterday and 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE today. That update is the one that replaced 6.2.0, so you aren't terribly behind. PTS is showing a lot of modules pending updates, but you car is getting them sent actively, so nothing to be worried about, imo.

Thanks! I have just reached out to the sales person to ask that they remove it from the fleet. When I look at connected vehicle features in the car, it shows the telematics is selected and I cannot turn it off. I am assuming it is related.
